- John Mellencamp and his band close off the "Concert of the Century" in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 23, 1999 with a rendition of Woody Guthrie's "This Land is Your Land." Mellencamp is joined on stage by Susan Tedeschi, Garth Brooks, Lenny Kravitz, N'Sync, Gloria Estefan and others after a stirring introduction by President Bill Clinton.
God Bless America!!,✝️☮️Great tune John!!❤
Priceless
Very well done.
That's been co-opted, incorporated, eminent domained.
This is nice..........he has such a cool voice and the gift of rhythm and melody. Springsteen has a great version of this song too....Bruce's version has much more gravitas. I love both versions.
I see the Liberals hated that song but time goes on
I find it offensive every time this song is played and they leave out the verses.
Jason Hunter what bad verses?
How ironic... the Clinton's applauding this song.
