I tried a delay spray called Promescent that my urologist recommended. I have been able to last a lot longer than usual, a lot longer!.. My lady has been pretty happy with my performance! I also tried edging and kegels, edging is helpful but takes time to master. Kegels help as well, but you gotta keep at it.
