Built it, love it. Cost me about $100 for the 1" PVC pipe. Careful not to make it too wide, it might tear the seams. Fixed my seams with the patch, worked well. 22" x 48 "probably good. I used a LIFePO4 battery (50Ah) that I had for astronomy and a trolling motor doing nothing in my shed.
Brilliant idea! I was going to make a plywood floor for mine but this is much better. Light, waterproof and easy to disassemble for transport and storage. I quite fancy making a slightly longer frame so I can mount a solid seat and foot brace in addition to the motor.
*I bought this model for my 14 ft Jon boat. **enjoyable.fishing** recommend love it!!! It pushes my boat with ease ( 2 men 220 each). I would highly recommend this to anyone.*
At about 8 sec. you had me!😃 I've never seen an actual motor on one...great job. I ordered one of these kayaks a few days ago, I'm still waiting for it. 👍✌️🐟🐟🐟🐟

The battery lasts for many, many hours with moderate use. I have to mention, though, that I rarely set the speed to max, and operate the motor infrequently while on the water.
@@nobujak how many lbs of thrust is it? Also hoe cumbersome is it with the extra weight and stiffness while paddling? Does inflation stay low? How has this endured time?
@@nobujak I bought a used inflatable kayak and did not have a bill of sales. Wondering how to register without a receipt. Also, how do you write or mount the boat ID on your kayak? I haven't seen any inflatable kayak with an ID on it so wondering how it's done.
