The facade(all might) literally is just a Mask behind the true self. Living up to everything people expect you to be and is kinda one of the reasons People only rely on heroes when in the pre-quirk era Quirkless & quirk people literally have Outbreaks cause of the appearance of quirks. Quirkless People (when I saw the season 5 in the flashback with AFO & Yoichi) had weapons to defend themselves and not rely on heroes.

And no, I didn't like, rewatch Mha to get to know their personalities, I just kinda remember how they act, especially from many skits from this anime. So I can imagine how would they act in so situation or what if something would change, how would they be more likely
Sometimes, I think I make their personalities kinda wrong- but it's just my thoughts :DD
