I agree! I love a good b-side! The idea of getting an extra song has always intrigued me. I like trying to figure out why the song was left off the album.
We had a Peaches store...but down the street was a similar Record Store called TRACKS. Spent a small fortune there during the '70s/'80s. Bought most of my Jazz stuff there. Met Delbert Felix there (at the time, he was Branford Marsalis' bassist).
I remember there was a peaches in Milwaukee. They had some really good cutouts.I had a couple of boxes from peaches also but they started falling apart.Enjoy Brendon
It is cool that you're taking care of your mother. After all she is your mother, but the majority of people doesn't do that. So, I think it is really cool that you welcome your mother into your home. Dig the memorabilia, record singles, etc. In general, these unboxing videos are really cool.
Cool! I still have a PEACHES LP crate. BTW, The Breakfast Club was also a band...that's what you have. It's great your mom is coming up to stay with you. You're lucky.
It's like christmas all over. You have Debbie Gibson - Lost In Your Eyes because it's a great song. 😃 Shout out to The Go-Go's, they are great. Belinda Carlisle is amazing and I love her solo stuff even more than The Go-Go's.
Awesome! "Son of Alerik" is a Bonus Track (a 10m jam) that was only available as the B side of Perfect Strangers. It is now available on the cd version. Incredible things you got there! Cheers.
Hey Brendon, great vid tks,I did the same thing about 7 yrs ago got into my vinyl from 25 yrs ago and was surprised to see that mick jagger solo was a cool find and another one was Box Of Frogs.
Amazing like finding another time capsule in time in that of the 90's . especially the cassettes as was in BMG & Columbia house back then , loved the Metallica and Fight who was jamming some Rob Halford yesterday with Fight and came across some aucustic versions of War Of Words songs in my recommendations while listening to Sad Wings of Destiny , enjoy your new old collection. Thanks for some memories.
From Black Flag to Debbie Gibson -- classic. And I didn't buy too many cas-singles back in their heyday, but I did have "You Could Be Mine" by GnR. These videos are a hoot. Thx for sharing, Brendon...
We never really had cassette singles for sale, on the record stores here in our shores back in the heyday of that format. Seeing the def leppard Hysteria singles, with original sleeves make me want to look and collect them all. You really do have a very large collection of music on physical formats. Can't wait to see the other musical treasures that you've got.
45s with picture sleeves are collectors items. You have some really good ones. I have a story about one of my 45s. I like the song Heart of the Matter by Don Henley. The first time I played the 45s I was so surprised. It was an acoustic version of the song different from the album. Don explains the writing of the song at the beginning. Cool Kiss doll. I had Donny and Marie Osmond dolls.
Hi Brendon! What´s happening with the "What´s that you´re listening" videos?? The last two mondays you haven´t uploaded any of these videos. I love your "What´s that you´re listening" videos... Congratulations for your channel!
Hi Roberto. Unfortunately, there isn’t much interest in the series anymore. It’s my lowest viewed video by 25% or more. I had hoped that the new series Albums Worth Exploring would take its place but that one doesn’t do much better. So for the time being I’ve put them both on hold.
@@BrendonSnyder so sorry to hear that... "Albums Worth Exploring" is a series that I like very much too, I hope it gets better very soon. Thanks for your answer. Cheers!
Those 45’s!! The best! It’s all about the B sides for sure! And Shut out the Light! Come on!! I am so jealous! 🤩
I agree! I love a good b-side! The idea of getting an extra song has always intrigued me. I like trying to figure out why the song was left off the album.
please keep doing more I'm seeing stuff I have an you are taking me down memory lane. 🤘🤘🤘
Good old Peaches Records and Tapes, brings back a ton of memories
I also had about 10 Peaches crates full of records back in the 70’s and 80’s. Loved that store. Spent lots of my teen years in that place. 😁🤘

Super cool video Brendon! That was fun. Man, you have a lot of cool stuff.
Thanks Jamie, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the video! And I’m certainly enjoying getting all this cool stuff back into my collection. I’ve missed it.
The Monkees: original. I have the same 45. If it has the Colgems logo, it’s original..if it’s on either Arista Flashback or Rhino, it’s a reissue.

That story of yours and Winger's signatures in the picture are a treasure in my opinion 😭 🙏 !! Thanks for sharing
I agree completely! One of my all time favorite memories. And the cool thing is those guys are still just as cool today.

I love old classic Def Leppard: On Through The Night to Adrenalize was incredible. The B side to Aerosmith's Blind Man was Head First, an outtake

Cool 45s
Cassette singles were not a thing over here (Sweden), not at least what I remember. Is it like one song on each side of them?
Yes usually just one song each side like a 45 (7” record).
