Your issue is a simple fix but can be pricey. Your blue washer mashed and belt issues most likely is telling you the spider and spider nut in the primary have backed off. Common to most oem primary clutches. The clutch calibration is off in the XP too. Again, easy fixes just pricey to fix. That new belt you bought and the washer will most likely get destroyed too until you address what I mentioned.
