Armed Forces Day 2021 - Basildon town centre parade

On #ArmedForcesDay, a parade involving Basildon Veterans of the Armed Forces took place through Basildon town centre, before a short ceremony in St Martin’s Square.
The parade featured 101-year-old D-Day veteran Don Sheppard, and the ceremony included speeches from the Mayor of Basildon, Councillor David Dadds, and Reverend Tim Brampton.
