Yes maybe there's nothing done to her face since I'm Brazilian and I can assure it's pretty common for us to get a fuller face when we gain a little bit of weight,so foreigners might think we have done something to our faces because it's not uncommon for us to have naturally high cheekbones and fuller lips due to genetics.

I know that you didn't want to say anything degrading, but saying to a woman "you are STILL gorgeous" can be painfull when thay are supposedly a little bit older. It suggests that they are not as gorgeous anymore but still have it.
Every woman wants to be gorgeous especially those who are (like Adriana) you can just say that she looks amazing or gorgeous and leave the word "still" and her age out. We are al beautiful the way we are NOW and in our age. Hettng a lttle bit older can make you think or feel and even look way better.
Or the other very disturbing thing that some people say "OMG she is 39 and she looks like that? She looks younger." It suggests that a woman is old and looks good for that age.

If you see it logically a woman will be more attractive and womanly as she gets a little bit more mature. Not in her 60s, but in her thirties she sure can be more attractive than in her 20s.
