They set up a scenario where there was a pile of leaves and a small garden, two NPCs, a rake and a hoe. One NPC was given the task "Rake leaves" and the other one was given "Tend garden". All was good, and everything worked. The NPCs each grabbed the appropriate tool and set to their tasks. Then the gardner's task was changed to "Rake leaves", so the NPC dropped it's hoe, walked over to the guy raking leaves, beat the tar outta him, and took the rake. The Gardner set to its new task with it's newly aquired rake, while the other NPC bled in the dirt.
