    Wow! After all these years, its so nice to see this video clip from the Efik National Convention held in New York City in late July 2001, before the Twin Towers were destroyed. I was at that beautiful gathering along with my family. It was a spectacular event and I saw a shot of me at the beginning of the dance routine. I also saw a shot of my cousin Asuquo Ukpong (RIP). I knew very little about Cuban Ekpe (Abakwa) at the time. Now it all makes sense, having read and review Dr. Ivor Miller's writings about the trans-continental movement of the Ekpe Society. Thank you so much for posting this documentary. Keep up the good work. What's the contact information for the organization BTW.
