I am sorry to see Air Canada on your list. I flew PE with them last year and found both the service and meals very mediocre. This past month I flew the same route (Vancouver to London) with British Air and found both the service and meals far superior. The comfort and space on the seats were about the same. The price on British Air was much lower than Air Canada's, making a future travel choice easy.
