I think all the villains should escape in despicable me 5 and gru, his daughters, lucy, the avl, dru and dr nefario all team to stop them like avengers endgame then dru tells gru that he let all the villains out of prison to help them. The Mega Minions arrive and the villains have a big fight then dru realises he was wrong.

In 50 Mega Minions films in total of the Megaverse.
I like the idea of time traveling but think DM5 should have some of Margo, Edith and Agnes biological families and why they were given up for adoption. They should incorporate some of Lucy's family too. All the villains from previous films should possibly be in it or possibly introduce a brand new villain. They should also explain whatever happened to characters whose fate wasn't decided like Antonio from the 2nd film or Miss Hattie from the 1st film. To my knowledge, they didn't ever go into what happened to them.

And if every villain decides to stand up against the source, they can kiss their butts goodbye when they encounter me, behind the scenes of one of the greatest villains of all history: General Red Star.
