I don't trust this judge in a trial within a trial, his verdict will be against the accused the way I see it. His behaviour shows that he is already took a cedict.

My psychology tells me that the judge has accepted the confessions. Why? He says this rulling is only a rulling so that to minimize the worries of the public and of the defense team. Yet we know that if he accepts the confession the two accused are going down. Come back on Thursday to correct me if I'm wrong. I think he could have given the rulling not to waste time. Also, his defense mechanism is too much. Why would he bothered by public opinion if he gives the fair judgment?
