I can sell you .bin file SAAB 148.000

First you will need a hex editor like Hex Editor Neo (free) and a copy of Saab 148.bin. Open the file with the editor. Change bytes 04 to 07 so the first 8 bytes look like 54 32 20 20 40 00 03 36 and save. It will now open with tech2win.
