I would recommend sanding that whole quarter panel, the black will hide a lot of the dents. Sand the whole quarter panel, get a spot welder puller and that will give you the results you want. After the spot welder puller you will need to do add bondo/sand ect ect.

That honestly would need to be sectioned out and weld a new quarter panle back in, but if you do the wide body you could cut for the wid body and bang out and bondo, thw area above it to fit normal like the other side and you wouldn't have to worry about replacing it because most of the damage will be cut out for the wid body
yea were just gonna go crazy and cut it and slap the widebody on there
