its not just about voice, its about songwriting... ALOT of people can sing, very few people can write 'good' songs

I don’t even know how to explain how “Crazy” made me feel. And blending of the Beatles and Eminem with the style switch was a definite thumbs up. That guy did Avicii proud. And that style switch for “Hey Ya” was..... heavy man, made me want to cry, but definitely loved it.

The original is only disappointing if you didn't grow up in that era... perspective is key, I grew up in the 80s and 90s and her cover is horrible. The original is fun and was a massive hit worldwide.
