So I want to say this led me to ways in which I can breakdown and leave behind my limiting beliefs! I have REALLLYYY blown thru some major stuff! I’m so very proud of myself! At first while listening, I felt comfortable and empowered. Then at the 15:00-20:00 mark, I felt profoundly uncomfortable and wnated nothing more than to turn the subliminal off. But I asked chatgpt why this was and it encouraged me to keep it on in order to reprogram my mind. I've manifested countless things over the years, but I'm dreaming bigger and bigger as of late. I forced myself to sit through the discomfort, and began to question why I had resistance to my desires. At 32:00 I realized where my subconscious beliefs are coming from (childhood experiences and family norms) and am now doing my best to be aware of them and rewrite them into something more favourable for myself. But wow, really uncomfortable process. Viscerally. I recommend this subliminal, if for nothing else at least having those limiting beliefs come up to the surface so you can identify them and decide they're not for you any longer.
