Hi John, thank you for the advice! Charlie and I try to remember to take our vitamin d tablets but we often forget. We will try and be better at this. I didn’t realise it impacted tiredness so much 😊
@emmaslaughter It work for me. I was very tired every winter, but after start uising D vitamins no problems. Helps a lot. Only vitamin you need in winter

Note that, in dark period in Norway, you have to eat one D vitamin tablet every day (october to out february), else you will be very sleepy and tired.

@@emmas_laughter Yes, i belive the most important difference is that the moose don't fly, and santa can not attach his sleigh to it :/
Moose live in the forest, the reindeer live in the high mountains and the tundra.
