And some states (Florida and California) have 2-3 ELITE teams, but Texas separates itself from all other states because of the quality AND quantity of teams. But I can tell you this, between Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida,California and South Carolina, there's at least 5 elite teams from each state that could win at the national level.

Then look where is front foot is when he releases the ball - about half a yard, or approximately 18 inches off the yard line. In real-time and even from the naked eye zoomed out…I understand it’s hard to tell. But I guarantee you he was - by the slimmest of margins - behind the line of scrimmage. And video review confirmed this.
