I get this when I drive then I’ll start questioning if I know where I’m going or if I already drove past certain structures. My mind will try to convince me that I’ve already seen this your in a time loop…I just keep driving and try to wear the DPDr but it’s fn hard that’s for sure

Has anyone ever notice something that someone does and it feels off and it just makes you feel out side your body and have a panic attack

Thanks for the video!! Did you think u had dementia and worry about memory loss while in dpdr? Or like u could be in a constant dream and never get out?

Can dpdr effect me when i talk to people. Like I'm constantly scared of what people are going to say about or what they think of me? Its so bad im scared to talk to my own family. Another question can dissociating make me think that everyone's talking about me as well, i get paranoid by everyone. Im asking here because ive felt like this ever since my best friends died and its been a little over a year and it just seems to be getting worse. I was thinking about starting to exercise and mediate to help calm and relax my body but i don't know. For awhile i thought i was schizophrenic but i really just think its dpdr because after my friends died for 4 months straight i did nothing but take opiods like 3 a day all at once. And ever since ive stopped i haven't felt normal and thats been 6-7months ago, haven't touched anything since then. Also i did shrooms and acid after they died as well and they were both bad trips, terrible actually. everyone who died, passed away months apart. David, July 2022, Monica, September 2022, nicko, December 2022. I don't know what's going on with me i feel like im going crazy, and when I try to talk to my family about how i feel they say i seem normal, but i feel far from that. Any feedback is appreciated i wish i would of found your channel sooner

So the principles to recover from DP/DR are basically the same as for OCD (working on core fears)? Because I had a bad trip and now developed DP/DR, before I had ROCD but it's quite "gone" now which makes me fear again it's something worse...

Beliefs are a core part of anxiety/OCD recovery.

Hi Nick, thanks for the video, i really appreciate your wise words as im currently going through this 10 months in. I had a question about ocd and acceptance. Are you saying that the key thing is we need to accept (not agree) that we will have ocd forever or have dpdr forever?

In other words "Fear, Fear, Fear"
    Consumed by Guilt/Shame
    Consumed hy Worry
    Fear of Failure...
