Thanks! I used this video to make a costume for Halloween (It's two days away from Halloween while I'm typing) and it turned out amazing.
Could you please, PLEASE make a costume version of the Computer from DHMIS in the digital world where he has a full body with legs? I tried making one myself with Velcro felt pupils allowing me to move the pupils, but it was to expensive for me to complete. I would love to see if you could make one with a moving jaw?

it took me a full thing of yarn, but if i had to be honest i didnt count it

Dollar tree has a lot of what you would need. Also find what would wrap around at the length of the yarn. I wrapped the yarn around my bass amp and was able tho cut the loop in half then in half again. Saved me hours

thanks! something I found out later is that the whole assembly is much more stable if you wear it atop on old hat with a brim, like a fedora.

I know this is an old comment but you might be able to alter a bike helmet and just cover the top in felt if it has holes in the top like some do. It has the benefit of straps too!

Would it work using a wooly cap instead of a foam sphere ?
probably not; i think there would be less space for the face and features would show though more. with a foam sphere you have about an inch or so of clearance so the yarn would hang over flat
This is 5 years old ahah. I ended up making a paper maché bowl fitted to my head. It's really easy to make , although it takes time to dry. It can be fitted however you like, and it's super cheap

1 foot diameter. Later I glued a bike helmet inside so that it would stay on my head though.
