    ADDITIONAL NOTES:
I’m not saying that everyone *needs* to weigh out their peanut butter, or that peanut butter is somehow bad.
I’m personally obsessed with the stuff and have consumed it pretty much daily for the past 25 years.
In fact, if you DON’T like peanut butter then I’m convinced there’s something seriously psychologically wrong with you and that you should probably seek professional help.
(Unless you have a peanut allergy, in which case fair enough.)
I’m just pointing out that it IS an extremely calorie dense item, and so if you have body composition related goals you should probably be mindful of the portion sizes.
For example, a true 15 gram tablespoon of peanut butter contains roughly 100 calories.
But if your idea of “one tablespoon” is actually equal to two (not uncommon at all), and you’re having “two tablespoons” a day, that’s 200 extra calories you’re unknowingly consuming right there.
When you consider that a typical deficit for fat loss is usually around 500 calories below maintenance...
Or that a standard surplus to build muscle while minimizing fat gain is only a couple hundred above maintenance...
You can see how something like this in combination with one or two other tracking errors during the day could hurt your progress.
Excessive peanut butter alone probably won’t destroy your results, though it technically could if you really went nuts with it - pun intended...
But when it comes to those very high calorie dense foods, you do need to be conscious of the amounts (even if they’re “clean” sources) since net calorie balance is still what dictates overall fat loss/fat gain at the end of the day.

Pretty sure it has quite a bit of protein in it, it’s good if you’re bulking but again. If you don’t like it, you can easily get protein from other sources. The importance isn’t the food you’re eating as long as you hit your macros and hit your calories for the day, while being satiated.

I don't have protein so I put it in a smoothie. I don't count how much maybe a half a cup or more. I stopped, but I was gaining up to five pounds a week. Not all of it was mussel, but now that I have cut a good bit was. I went from 128 to 150 bulk. Then fro 150 to 140 cut in a year.

You definitely don't need more. You will already likely be putting on a lot of fat, rather than muscle, at that calorie intake unless you are doing a crazy amount of cardio. It's not a race and it sounds like you are struggling with eating that much as is, don't worry about trying to gain weight really fast as most of it will be junk. As long as you are moving in the right direction consistently, it's fine if it's slow.
