I don’t really think that Ken just used SB 19 as stepping stone to his solo career. It just so happened that he has his own genre and SB19 might not be able to pull it off as a group unlike ballads or pop songs. Probably, if at this point he leaves the band and go solo, then we might say that there is truth to it. He himself said that he will never leave his brothers. Malalim ang pinagsamahan nila kaya I don’t believe na ginamit lang nya ang SB 19. I have so much respect for this guy and all the members of SB 19.

I am not a much into SB19 but I admire this group. Same as BTS did the same thing.. They produced their solo albums, write and record solo songs. Well, personally and honestly I’m not a fan of Ken’s choice of music but I like the lyrics of his songs. And as a fellow bisaya, nakaka proud when he incorporated bisaya words to his songs. So when listening to his songs I usually listen to the lyrics and not only to the rhythm of the song. I personally like his song ‘Palayo’ but the MV for ‘Bulan’ is really amazing. What I like about SB19 songs is that they’re not only promoting OPM songs and their talents but they also brought to the world pinoy culture and arts as seen on their MVs. An “ALL IN ONE” group. They have solo projects and songs and I like how they support each other and prioritizing the group activities over their solos. Thank you SB19 for existing 🥰

Well, personally and honestly I’m not a fan of Ken’s choice of music but I like the lyrics of his songs. And as a fellow bisaya, nakaka proud when he incorporated bisaya words to his songs. So when listening to his songs I usually listen to the lyrics and not only to the rhythm of the song. I personally like his song ‘Palayo’ but the MV for ‘Bulan’ is really amazing. What I like about SB19 songs is that they’re not only promoting OPM songs and their talents but they also brought to the world pinoy culture and arts as seen on their MVs. An “ALL IN ONE” group. They have solo projects and songs and I like how they support each other and prioritizing the group activities over their solos.
