Shortly after 'Kilcommon my home' became a chart topping success, championed by a young disc jockey of note, by the name of Larry Gogan. Rumor has it a local troubadour from Templederry overheard that version and promptly RIPPED IT OFF. No need to apologise.
@@Partric if you listen to the lyrics, there’s only one place that fr Kenyon is buried which is in Templederry church yard, if it is going to be used as Kilcommon my home, at least change the rest of the lyrics as well, it reflects badly

I'm fortunate enough to bear the surname Kilcommons. This is truly a beautiful song.
