Remember having first tasted this Whisky as a kid in 1983, just a shot, pretended to have a cold. I was 14 years old . That time it cost less than 200 bucks.

I have tasted many a whiskies including a large no. of blended scotches and single malts , but , believe me this maqintosh is so smooth,mellow and has a unique flavor .I absolutely love this one. Unfortunately it is not available regularly in Hyderabad.

Uuuh...a hidden gem...black label+soda fans will definitely love this..slightly metallic notes, but the smoke and maltiness more than compensates for it with peppery finish further uplifting the taste...what a find at this price. Wish this was available a few years ago when I started drinking in college and was always on.a.tight budget.

What an irony, in the produce state it costs 1850/-, I just finished my first bottle of this and watching this video , and your review is authentic. Cost wise not justified in Karnataka, but what to do all liquor prices are double comparing to Delhi in Karnataka. It seems Karnataka State's main resource is liquor. They are simply robbing it's citizens.

I don't think so.. the grains are from Punjab and Rajasthan.. while for their high quality whiskeys the malts comes from Scotland and other Asian countries.
