If ever can you give us your average machine-hours operation time like kung all 5 machines ba running in 12 hrs? thank you more power!
I find it to expensive for the 30k rental fee. How many customers you will be needing just to pay for your rental alone

Hi Ms Joyce..thanks for another informative video...may i ask sino ang supplier nyo po ng detergent and plastic and do you allow na gamitin ang detergent powder sa machine or much better if you just required detergent liquid po...salamat.
As from the machine supplier hindi adviseable to use powder kaya we only sell liquid detergent and binibili lang namin sa Puregold yung detergent na binebenta namin :) Sa plastic naman we buy it in divisoria :)

@@JoyceYeo Kyzen sent me a proposal, they also have a POS now for 85k. And I'm not sure if their POS system is reliable coz it's new.
@@houseofaroids Hi Im not really sure about the Kyzen's POS cause nung time ko wla pa sila they only have the card system. Cause as far as I know yung card system is hiwalay din sya babayadan before so you can just nake it clear to them if it is really the POS na connected sa machine? Kasi for us we purchased it for 190K sa Nsoft. Ill check if i still have the link :)

Gas dryers have a gas burner that does the heating.
Electric dryers does the same.

But here in the Philippines
I think gas is more efficient at yan ang company suggested for the machine, one thing for sure laging tumataas ang power rates ng MERALCO per kilowatt hour ( kWh).

Hello po ms joyce. Plan ko po magtayo din ng same business kaso dito samin, mostly are using Maytag whirlpool. If ever naging option nyo din ang maytag, why did you choose LG over it?
How long is the typical cycle time for drying and for washing (if they are different)? I'm trying to compute the maximum possible revenue per day from the five pairs of machine @ 65 Pesos per cycle so i can deduce a typical day revenue hopefully.....are you charging 65 per 8 kg dryer/washing per load....(130 for an 8 kilogram laundry from a customer for washing and drying...and then charge another thirty for folding? a total of 160 per 8 kg for washing/drying and folding) and what is your charge for the ironing services... Mahirap mag negosyo ng retail business kung hindi ikaw ang may ari ng property. Talo ka sa upa. Ang binubuhay mo lang ang property owner lang! I have a better idea for same laundry biz but at a very low cost operation!

Joena Garingan yung supplier namin ngayon around 2700-2800 kasi nagchachange ang presyo nya weekly. :) so mga around ganyan ang presyo :)

From the looks of your videos.....it's too hot in there, I wonder what your workers are feeling have they complain to you about the heat in your laundry shop? Because I see you "prespiring" in your videos. It almost seems that the cost of capital to ROI is almost to high or risky...given you have all the expenses and your "potential client" to investment cost ratio is way too high......big capital and big risk.....it only takes another shop to open up a laundry business and your "risk becomes even higher" good luck hope you can pull it off for 5 years.....because they say if you can stay afloat or keep your business open for minimum 5 years then you will have exponentially increase your chances of doing well after that....so good luck but .....capital expense to ROI Ratio is too high.....but thanks for the info.....I believe this type of business would be better off when your in the "Semi medium size cities" and you will have expats, colleges and middle class professionals around your area for doing that type of business.......but thank you for the info and your effort in covering these topics......
