This game is so hard.. I just got Level 35 and Cant beat the New quest (tower where you habe to go up, with enemies shoeing up). My characters are Level 60. This game is so hard, that it's not fun to play anymore. I am thankful genshin is different 😢
It could tie to a lot of factors like your characters lacking builds, skill lvl ups etc! Maybe also focus a little on echo farming to get higher lvl gear if thats not done yet:D The game gets easier after a bit of time, once you have at least one dps finished up imp but I can understand if its the combat aspect you struggle with in comparison to genshin. Keep giving it a chance! You can do it:)

Maybe try and understand the concept of dodging and parrying. Comparing the combat to Genshin is an insult to Kuro.
