First test of Logosol PH260

It has entered a new machine in the workshop as I show up and do a quick test. It is a Logosol PH260 planer/moulder

Do you think this would work on rigid foam insulation like XPS?

Hi it will not work with XPS , the feed roller is pressing to hard.

Do you think if I place 6mm plywood on top of the foam during feeding I could get it to work?

It depends, if you not going to use the top cutter it probably work. I normally run XPS in my shaper instead

John Briggs I use a Hammer F3 shaper or spindle moulder depending where you liv :)
