Was chicken was soft or dry from inside?
Yes absolutely. Marination for a good amount of time as suggested will allow the flavours to be absorbed.. And if fried at the proper temp..it will turn out perfectly crispy and juicy from the inside..follow the steps as guided.. And it will be perfect..! If not u will learn from any mistake u make.

Muqarab Nassar u might not get chicken powder in local grocery shops..but surely in bigger grocery shops! I dont know which city u are from..but i am from kolkata and here we have newmarket where there is a masala patty..and i got all the required spices from there. Most probably it was of knorr.i have discarded the packet so i dont exactly remember. I think it is also available in amazon. U can order online! :)

Red pepper 2000 grams
Garlic powder 750 grams
Ginger powder 250 grams
Chinese salt or MSG 1000 grams
Citric acid 250 grams
Knor chicken powder 750 grams
Turmeric 250 grams
Mustard powder 250 grams
Chat masala 500 gram
If u want spicy masala u can also add 250 grams red pepper flakes.
