Once that countdown elapses, all other characters will freeze in place until you leave his line of sight and you have to keep looking at him while exiting his line of sight or he’ll come after you at a speed 10x faster than Arts & Crafters. If you and he contact, you will be blinded for 2 minutes. He can be pushed by Cloudy Copter, Gotta Sweep, and BSODAs.
