unfortunately no :(... but i saw on alixpress some 8inch pneumatic wheels with 32mm width, they seem to fit

Actual suspension on a kick scooter wastes a lot of energy that would otherwise have gone into moving you forward and isn't all that effective. It's better to get larger/softer polyurethane wheels, or for the safest and most comfortable ride use pneumatic wheels.

no its the 7 I have one , the 9 has a front brake ^^ at least at the day this one was the 7
