Theres no mistery on It, u can easy autoaim the E just by pressing ur ultimate at Max range of It, u will end ur ult in a position thats prevents him to dodge, akali is one of the most easiest Assassins, but u all are bad , belive me , thats why ser keeps op even whit all the nerfs.

Because in high Elo people will be expecting you to use e target them , which means if you too focus on landing you e on champion instead of utilize it to create window, is gonna end up either your opponent is really bad at dogging it or you’ll be hard punished for miss your e . In the high elo the only way will give you almost guaranteed hit on your e is ult first then E.
