Great review as always, it was interesting to hear the difference in them. I have the new 15yr and i love it. I see Redbreast has released a Tawny Port edition. I have ordered a bottle of it. I would love to see a review of what you think. I also opened a bottle of knappogue castle 16. I really enjoyed it. I would love to hear you thoughts on it.
Thanks for the comment. I’ll be doing some redbreast reviews very shortly on some of there new releases. Lots coming up so stay tuned. I’ll do my best on the knappogue. Might be able to find a drop!
Irish whiskey admirer from Lithuania here. Thank You for interesting review. Still did not try Redbreast 15, but I like Redbreast Lustau quite a lot. Any chances of reviewing Teeling Wonder of Wood single pot still whiskey (First and Second edition)? Had them both, very different from one another, I will not tell You my opinion of these ones prior to You review them :). Saw few lousy reviews (mostly by german reviewers) on UA-cam, would gladly hear/watch Irish perspective on those whiskies!
THE WHISKY DISTILLERIES of the United Kingdom by ALFRED BARNARD on your office desk. On your next UA-cam video you should have The DISTILLERIES OF GREAT BRITAIN & IRELAND: A JOURNEY THROUGH THE HEARTLANDS OF WHISKY ,1922 -1929 by James Eadie Ltd😀😁😎🤩
Technically most single malt whiskeys are distilled in a pot still so they would be pot still distilled whiskey. It’s just that ireland uses a combination of malted and unmalted barely in our pot still whiskey.

Well spotted!!! In fairness that book was written when ireland was a part of the United Kingdom.
Macaloneys Distillery in Canada make Pot Still Whisky👍 and InchDarnie Distillery in Scotland will be debuting Pot Still Whisky in 2027👍

Macaloney's has a few Irish-style pot still whiskies with malted and unmalted barley.
