Little bit out of topic, in my opinion, it is okay to have video with bad lighting and not scripted. I dont know, but for me it is much more autentic, than superprofesional video. I am more interested in someone, who is real, than someone who appear to be perfect. Good job and have a nice day :)
Personally, do you notice that slow reading, taking a month to finish reading a book gives you better comprehension, or no?
Absolutely - I’m also able to recall foreshadowing and other writing elements because I’ve paid more attention to the details
I am dyslectic and have tried to read fast, but have to go back since I Did not understand.

I’m Dyslexic as well. I have only been reading books for two years now. I’ve started a book & got a few chapters in & I had no clue what the story is about so I’ve closed the book & started again from page 1 & I find that better & more understanding the story. I have struggled with how to pronounce certain words & what they mean so Google comes in handy.
So refreshing to see how you are making such positive changes in your life! I have never been able to speed read haha I take an hour every night before I go to sleep and just read. It's had a huge difference on my sleep!
I should definitely do night reading, I go on my phone before I sleep.. really bad habit!

good advice and awesome take on this subject.
I read slow as well and meditate over the important lessons from my reading by writing down circumstances from my past or hypothetical situations in the future where such a lesson can be applied to.
I’m trying to be much more intentional with my reading, maybe my next step will be meditating 😊
I want to love reading but the problem is, anytime I pick up a book, sleep takes over.
Can you help me build this habit?
funny enough I just filmed a video for next week on how I plan to read more next year, do you typically read on a sofar or in the bed?
What is foreshadowing?
it's when there is a hint or clue of what is going to happen later in the book! you won't know it is meaningful until later in the story :)
