The building you showed just after the pools is actually the hotel Lucy which is the only 5 star hotel they have. Full board Is great value the vouchers you get are to the value of €20 euros for lunch so it covers a few of the restaurants within the parks for the set meal plans. The only exception is ferrari land where you can only use the vouchers in pit stop cafe and the meals are €25 so you have to pay extra.

Hi there I’m going here next Sunday full board wanted to know if possible guys at dinner time can u use the coffee machines like u can at breakfast time much appreciated also we are tracing with 1 6 year old and two under twos do u think the double rooms will big enough for two cots we are hoping lol as that’s what room they gave us sorry also was the pools warm too thanks

As we didn’t do full board and just bed and breakfast I feel like you would be able to use everything the same, the room is very big and spacious and hopefully they should fit! The pools were lukewarm as the weather was so hot the pools were nice enough to cool off in not freezing just lovely 😊

@@GingerAndBrown @GingerAndBrown First impressions as we walked into the lobby it looked incredible, but then we was told to wait to check in for about 25 minutes even though there was nobody waiting in the queue. We thought we was staying in one of the main lobby rooms but unfortunately was out in one of the outbuildings in an adjoining room with another family and kids (lots of noise, low sound proofing). We told them it was our anniversary and there wasn't anything set up for us specially in our room as we paid over £1300 for 2 people to stay here. The air conditioning didn't work in the first room so we requested to change to a smaller room in which they tried to charge us another £140 (for a smaller room!). The second room they sent us looked exactly the same they simply told us where it was and to find it ourselves and my girlfriend was very upset as it was full of mosquitos, my pillows smelled of urine and the bed sheets hadn't been cleaned since the last people. And to make matters worse we was right above the main saloon disco and the laundry room so all night you could hear tapping noises banging noises staff/hotel guests talking even if they were talking quietly which 90% of the time they weren't they were shouting. I don't think we slept for the first 3 days. We went for a drink in the bar and it took around half an hour to make one pint of lager and a cocktail for my girlfriend and nobody there spoke a word of English I understand we were in Spain but I thought Port Aventura would have some English speaking staff to help us. We went into the large restaurant the Grand Opera 1874 which in terms of the building and structure looked absolutely amazing and we were excited to finally have some good service and food despite not eating for the past 3 days. This was shattered when they served us completely raw burgers and my partner had eaten a bite of hers I told her to spit it out as completely raw. After this my girlfriend was extremely upset so we had spoken to our holiday rep via phone as there wasn't one in the hotel at all. We changed to the Hotel Las Vegas very near the beach in Salou town which was absolutely stunning, just a shame we only had 4 days there and bad weather after :(

If you keep another card in the slot( like a supermarket card) the fridge and room stay cool
Unfortunately you need both cards to get in and out of the park, you need them to prove that two people are in the room
