This is a Session on, SLEEP HYPNOSIS / AFFIRMATIONS For SOLAR CHAKRA by Ushma Tandel.
When it is not balanced, it makes us feel insecure, we have trouble setting boundaries with people, trying to please everyone, and want approval from others. Or on the other hand, we can be overly dominating or manipulative to get want we want.
Manipura chakra is a fire element that provides a source of personal power. It influences our sense of control, self-esteem, confidence, and ability to manifest in your life.
Healing the third chakra will improve self-esteem, release the need to control others, and restore a sense of purpose.
Listen to it with your earphones on. And preferably in the mornings or before going to bed. Or any time of the day where you can spare a few minutes for yourself. Good results have been seen if you listen to this audio regularly for 30 days or till you intuitively feel the need.
And because these audios are for deep relaxation they should never be played while driving a vehicle or operating heavy machinery.

Meditation करते समय earphone लगा कर आप की guided meditation सुनता हूँ। रात को सोते वक्त ओर सुबह सुबह भी। मुझे बहुत ही अच्छा और सुखदायक लगता है एक महीने से आपको सुन रहा हु। जब मेडिटेशन करता हु तब मेरा सर में खूजली सी ओर चीटियां चलती मबसूस होती हैं, बस ध्यान में बैठे वक़्त ही होती है। ध्यान से उठ जाता हूं तो सब normal हो जाता है। 7 8 दिन से ऐसा हो रहा है

It depends on lot of other factors as well. But you can try the affirmations on Root Chakra. I also have a video on Attracting Abundance and Prosperity. You can try that video as well. You will find them in my Channel video list.
