    There will never be a meeting of South African coaches, guys. They just won’t work together. We have Pep Guardiola-lite, aka Rhulani, and Jose Mourinho, aka Pitso. Their football philosophies are very different. For example, Gavin prefers youth football, while Steve and Barker are the only coaches who play direct but tactical football, along with Eric. I can't remember Manqoba's style because he's been in the background, so we don't know. Cavin is good as an assistant. Bra Dance and Morgan Mamila would also be good in that meeting, as well as Lehlohonolo Seama.

    A question on SA🇿🇦 players over the years till now,
    Do you think Daveytons' talent and success Vs Soweto's talent and success Vs KZN talent and success Vs Limpopo talent and success in Mzansi.
    Who used to lead, who has produced more, who is neck and neck and who's your top3 places that you trust with talent in the PSL era?

    • @JabuMahlanguDiskiShandis
      @JabuMahlanguDiskiShandis  2 місяці тому +1

      Thank you for your input. It's obvious that over the years Soweto's talent has dominated Mzansi's football, led, and produced more players. Currently in my opinion it's Capetown, Gauteng, and KZN

    Hola magents wami 👊 my view on mzansi style of play... I think we do have our own style of play, which is dribbling and short passing. Good example of those types of players la badlala our mzansi way ngwuwe Jabzin nabo Steve Lekoalea.. ushaye ebhari nge skill isale ilele 😅😅 so in that regard we do have our style of play as mzansi however the problem we can't maintain it, and it is because of different coaches from Europe e beza nezi tayela zale oorkant.
    I think we will be naive not to recognize that colonialism played a huge part in us not adopting our own style. Sicabanga ukuthi it is not good enough only the European style is best. Until we stop undermining ourselves, we will never play our style anytime soon. And this has nothing to do with football evolving.
    I like it that yall rise this kind of issues ngobe sonke sithulile but siya bona ukuthi ayikho lento.
    As for VAR we really need it in SA some of us we benefit today and tomorrow ku benefita abanye kukhala mina, it is a mess. Nje ngobe sense of knowledge asho nakhona siyokhala because kune umuntu behind VAR as well 😂😂

      Heita Tebza. From what you pointed out, that means our solution as a nation will be to stick to local coaches that we can identify, and also within the technical team itself bring in former football players. Surely that should make a difference neh?
      Yah mfwethu ungathi I colonialism found its way into everything in Mzansi, and it's sad. Ng'yabonga mfwethu for you words. We will do our utmost best to bring content that Educates, Entertains and Engages 🙏🏽

    Our style of play is still there eKasi. Our identity is more entertaining which can be confused with “showboating”. There’s a lot of money that has been invested in our football and the people who have invested know nothing about our style.
    This thing is deep it’s not as easy as taking South African coaches those coaches attend courses which are ran by Europeans. For a coach to be qualified you have to pass all those courses angithi so already the identity will be hindered.

    Their heart will be in the right place yes I agree but runny SAFA I don’t think the solution will just be a former player.There’s a lot of South Africans who have never played football but could be the right people. To make an example the current best coach in Africa “Rhulani” he’s not an ex pro but I believe he’s doing well.

    You are busy wanting to be a leader of an organisation but you do not know their current CEO that alone shows that you guys are not ready or clued up. And people should know that SAFA does not owe anyone positions on the bases that you are legends. Otherwise Leaders will always show potential and work hard to reach their goals without the entitlement you guys have. Just school yourselves Bhudas and be ready to start from your LFA to be a leader.. and not expect to be parachuted to the NEC... Otherwise we all know that SAFA and Jordan are corrupt and they must be removed.
