The Story Of One Sky really needs to be watched a number of times to really start to appreciate this masterpiece and start to understand the message Dimash is sending to us.
I agree with you, the Reactors listen to music instand to understand the Story. We have to watch this many times to really understand the story and the message from Dimash. He took 3 years to write the Script. We see, on the beach, 3 kids and Dimash was in water and in love with the girl. The other friend was jaloust. Many years after, Dimash and his family (his wife (little girlfriend) and the littel girl who died. His wife (little girl on the beach) had another baby and his friend who saved Dimash at the biginnig, became an ennemy in this war (he was shooting by Dimash. And he rebirth by the new baby of his wife, etc. It's, for many Dears and Reactors, hard to understand for many, the first time, 'cause there are many things in that. Dimash is a genius to write this Masterpiece . Excuse my english, 'cause I speek more french here in Montreal, Canada. Hi Michael!! Thank you for your sincere reaction! Did you notice that Dimash was the main solder right from the very beginning of the war scene, when he was shot in the arm, many people didn’t notice that? When I first heard this MV, it broke me, I became very emotional, it was heart wrenching!😢
Dimash has worked hard for 3 years on this MV, and it turned out to be his most valuable MV, in the ideological sense, ever made, a real Masterpiece! I believe that Dimash deserves THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE, for his selfless hard work and tireless efforts in trying to bring the world together in love, peace and unity. He is a Legend and will go down in History.
This is my interpretation only:
The mini movie is full of symbolisms, it's the story of 3 youths,
1) Dimash, who was drowning at the beginning and at the end.
2) The Piper, the one who saved Dimash, and who became the leader, and who was killed by Dimash at the end.
3) The young girl, who became Dimash’s future wife, had two children together. A daughter who was killed by the Piper's army and the birth of his son at the end…, they were all torn by the war.
For the symbolic aspects, Dimash is showing the different cultures and religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hindi, etc.), through throat singing, which is called the REQUIEM (mass for the souls of the dead), from different religions. The Pilgrim, Shepard or Wise Man at the end of the video was Dimash’s newborn son, born in his image and grows up to guide the Representatives of different religions and race from different Nations to the light, for a new beginning living together in peace, tolerance, love and harmony.

This is a real masterpiece. Dimash sang this song when the Pope was in Kazakhstan in a Congregation of Traditional Religions with other religious leaders. The Pope gave Dimash a medal of Mather Mary with Jesus Child and thank him for composing this powerful song.

Dimashali Creative Centre is his own production company and studios. oh and you were spot on with pronouncing his last name. This is based on a story by Dimash, he also wrote the screenplay and acted in it. It's said to be the most expensive MV ever made at a cost of $7 million.
It's by far not the most expensive ever made. It was expensive but money shouldn't even be mentioned when talking about this piece. I do however know that this was the most expensive mv ever made in terms of human lives lost over the millennia

Three children who grow up on different paths the boy who saved Dimash didn’t get the girl and went on to become the dictator,Dimash and the girl marry and have a daughter who gets killed . Dimash has to fight when he doesn’t want to ,his baby son is born as he kills dictator and is shot himself. The baby grows up and becomes a man of peace . The Story Of One Sky - I have watched this many times and still find things out that i never thought of amazing video and i have said it before if anyone could bring peace i strongly believe Dimash could make it possible. This needs to be shared worldwide to show people there is another way. War is never the answer because the only ones to suffer are the innocent
rewatched the song of Dimash today one line stood out to me One of the most profound lines in The Story Of One Sky is the line "Learn to share the love, Not shares" Not shares meaning stop making money out of war rich people have many shares in companies that profit from weapon manufacturing making them richer while the innocent suffer sadly this is why war exists. MONEY and GREED.
The part in the video with the little girl and the people in the hallway were Dimash's family who had been wiped out the little girl whose body he picked up was his daughter, the baby that was born was his son who grew up to be Dimash grown up at the end. This video needs to be shown worldwide
You understood the most important message, Michael, kudos to you for that. I think you may have missed some of the symbolism along the way, though---or at least you didn't mention them. The necklaces that the young Dimash on the beach made and gave to his friend and the girl showed up on the adult versions of those three in the war scenes, and then on the baby at the end, as well as on the adult Dimash walking toward the light. That indicates that Dimash had married the little girl on the beach and she is the woman having the baby, that the little girl who was killed in the hallway was Dimash's daughter, and that the Commander was the friend on the beach who had saved him from drowning. Additionally, those people walking up the desert hill (and later behind Dimash) were representatives of every major religion, all walking peacefully with one another toward the same destiny.

After the Pipers troops had killed Dimash's daughter, Dimash assumed his pregnant wife was dead too. The pain of loosing them made him not care about living anymore and he found his childhood friend and killed him. Sacrificing his own life. The baby grows up to be the Dimash figure at the end that leads the all enclusive religions into the light. A non violent revolution.

Well, some considerations: (1) The artifact that the boy found in the chest and that was transformed into necklaces is a "gnomon", a needle of a solar clock (rustic device for keeping time); (2) The name "Piper" (piper, or piper) is known as a synonym for "dictator", "despot": This originates from the tale of the "Piper of Hamelin" (folk tale rewritten by the Brothers Grim), where a piper was hired to deal with the rat infestation in the city of Hamelin (Germany, 1284). 👉 Part 1: That is the grandiose and impressive result of three years of compositional work by Dimash Qudaibergen.
This clip is not about war, it’s about peace. War here is a means of expressing the contrast of what happens when we lose love for one another. It is about the call to unite, to stop dividing each other along national, social, religious lines in order to preserve life, love, friendship, and the land for our children.
(Requiem means: Funeral, Funeral Mass, Funeral Service)
Story: The clip is divided into several parts. The first one is about childhood. The main character, his 2 friends are connected by childhood stories and symbols of eternal friendship. The pendant is a gnomon, the shadow pointer of a sundial, which was also used as a maritime compass before antiquity.
One day the friend saves the Protagonist when he drowns. However, there is already competition in this children’s story, as the boys are in love with one girl, and she chooses one.
The second experiences a kind of psychological breakdown and transfers the children’s problems into the adult world of totalitarianism and struggle.
By becoming president, the Antagonist carries the idea of a saving war:
“Only war will lead us to peace. Only the strongest can find love in their hearts. You must be strong enough to give the world freedom. A world where every city, every home is one. We will lead all who are ready to begin this new life. Anyone who resists has no place with us. I choose freedom. The world is open before me, and I want to give it to you. War for the people is the way to unity.”
The main character also speaks of unity, of peace, but through the lens of kindness and love.
While fighting, he is confused, he is in shock, but he has to save his family - his pregnant wife (the very girl from his childhood) and his daughter. Once home, he is horrified by the picture of the dead and realizes that his family is also dead. After surviving this drama, he moves on to the antagonist to seek revenge.
However, the Protagonist’s wife survives with the help of people who know that she is the one who must give birth to a special boy who can save the world. These are people of different nationalities and faiths who have united for peace.
A parallel line of pilgrims are people of different religions, walking the hard path to some place of power where they could unite and discover the Heavenly Eye that would illuminate the world. By uniting, they create a common energy in which the protagonist’s son is born, as Hope and Faith for the Better. Their journey is a symbol of faith in general, because it always goes through trials. When we go to the truth, we go through certain lessons and our way to God is difficult, but only possible if we come together.
the film is based on a story written by Dimash with his own screenplay. (I worked on this piece for 3 years). Director Alina Veripya spoke about creating the music video for the new song: the clip is divided into several parts. The first is about childhood. If you dident gett some what happend...here are some of how I see it..Dimash was the little boy that was saved and the girl become Dimash wife and there dother that was killed of soldiers from the man that was the boy that saved Dimash. That man was angry and desperat becouse he loved the girl/woman to and she shoose Diamssh! So he started the war in Dimash town do to that. The women giving birth with Dimash and her son died during the birth. There son grow up in the end to unite every human and every religion to a peacefull and loving life. Dimash also sang John lennons "Imadgine" that the time is over for dream about peace we have to act. Think abouth wath we al can do to gett that result in the end. He dosent care of what religon you have back to the text in the end...everyone should acept outhers regrdles of skinn couler, religon or anything els that we today divides people!!
