Nice video...A little add for ease of audience...BTU is British Thermal Unit which is basically the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit.
For ease 1 Ton AC is good enough of Room size 12 x 12 feet.
1.5 is good enough for Room size 18 x 14 Feet
and for above size 2 Tons of AC.

Brother what about ac on 1st floor off the house..???
1 ton ac will not be enough on the upper floor of the housse where compressor faces straight heat from. Sun. I have very bad experience of 12 by 12 ft room on 1st floor using gree 1 ton. Never been able to face heat of 35 degree. Used for 3 years. And 4th year compressor gets damaged

Sir as told, it is better to have a large ton of capacity in regard to upper portion. I’ll personally recommend to install 1.5 ton ac in such area size and upper portion to have better cooling and efficiency.

We have very less options in Pakistani brands for less than one ton ac, i personally recommend to have a more ton of capacity depending on your room size to have best cooling with more energy efficiency because as early the room temperature matches your ac temperature, the least consumption it will consume.
