I used to make the spoons when my kids were young. I also added the peppermint. We used colored plastic wrap with ribbon (and curled the ribbon) to cover them.
That Advent calendar is darling and what I like best is you could actually put as many stockings as you REALLY need for the Advent season. For those who don’t know, Advent actually begins 4 Sundays before Christmas, so often the first day of Advent is in November. Find Christmas Day (even if it is on Sunday), count back 4 Sundays and that is the date you get to start. In 2023, Advent actually begins on December 3.

YOU JUST SAVED ME! I am slowly putting my vintage/retro 70’s tree of my youth dream for my craftroom. I am getting bubble lights but due to cost- only one strand. In the 70’s we didn’t have these little lights. Your big bulb on LED low heat lights are perfect! I will plan to use E6000 for a perm hold but that will finish out my little 5 ft retro tree without a fire hazard from buying either old lights or budget breaking from buying them new! This was last piece I needed! I started buying things two years ago and this is the last piece I needed to figure out! 2 years of looking and thinking and I only needed your crafting imagination! Thank you!
