Fred here ... from beautiful Southwestern New Mexico, while getting up and preparing coffee, my wife (Starlightstarbright70) suggested that I subscribe (root from your wife channel, I believe). She (aka Star) is her channel's Diamond painter and the Boss. Most wonderful watching you prepare breakfast. I often make that dish myself. I was in the restaurant business for 27 years; a Chef for nearly eight of those. Have you ever tried a breakfast dish (close to what you prepared) but using Top Ramon Noodles?
