One of my family members has the same problem long time ago. We try to go to every doctor, traditional or Western.
finally, we figured out that if it is not chronic, we can fix it with a simple solution
discipline with the food you consume every day.
a. no fried food (boiled vegetables). It is not convenient, but sometimes, it works out well.
2 No acid means no food or drink with carbonate and acid on it, especially tomato, orange, lemon, lime, etc
buy a PH meter to measure.
3 no dairy, no tea, drink lots of water.
4 maintain discipline ... you will be ok within a year.
