This video is sent from heaven! I’m traveling to Antalya for 2.5 weeks in 2 months and I held back from an all inclusive restaurant because I wanted to explore the food through the city
My friend was just in Turkey for two weeks and absolutely lately RAVED about it! So need to go there!!!! All the food you ate today look incredible… i love how you can DIY your fish sandwich!!!! ^^ Ahhh you go to the best places!
Finally back to Europe, I love European culture and food! Piyazcı Sami is so special, every dish in that restaurant looks delicious and that salad looks nutritious and delicious! That fish bread looks really good and I love the concept of the veggies being the buffet bar! Antalya is a town full of delicious food, thank you Luke for the introduction, looking forward to the next episode! 👍😃🙌
awesome Luke !! Turkey is my go to country . ( if my wife and i don't know where to travel next then Turkey is where to go .) The food is awesome and it's so affordable .
Welcome back Luke! I hope this time you will have the chance to visit places such as Kaş, Kalkan, Marmaris, Dalyan, Fethiye, Datça, Akyaka, Ephesus Ancient City^^
Thanks Luke for showing a city that I've never heard of before. Antalya looks beautiful. I wish Toronto would have a restaurant that served different kinds of soups with different meats. By the way, love the goatee look on you.
I'm visiting Turkey next month and just found your channel. I REALLY appreciate the description and the fact that you showed a shot of the name of restaurants. Too many other bloggers just briefly say the name which is very hard to find in Google maps.
All the sceneries and even foods in Antalya are picturesque...🏖🥪 And the BGM from 19:20 makes me so relaxed and feel like "wow, this is the weekend's short adventure, Chopstick Travel 😀" Thank you for the fantastic video, as always!! Stay safe, Luke-san😃 From Japan.
Wow! Antalya looks absolutely gorgeous my man… and the food looks typically delicious! I’m going to Turkey for two months next year and we’re going to stay in Gaziantep for a month, then Istanbul for a month… do you have any tips or advice before we go? My friend Jamie is disabled btw? :) much love, Dan xx
Fantastic, beautiful city. You can go to amazing sea from downtown. There are three types of beach. (Sandy Beaches -Lara , Shingle Beaches - Konyaaltı and Sea Cliffs No beach beautiful sea rocks). In life should be visited min. one time. Have a nice day
Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) thank you my friend for sharing good video. I really like your video. I wish my friend a good and successful day. Greetings from Vietnam to you..😘🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳
The guy at the start is making Roti Prata (Indian dish). In Singapore, Roti Prata is made the same way but folded on 4 sides to a square & turned over till crispy brown on a flat pan & finally given hand smashes on the crispy sides before serving with curry sauce on a side plate. Inside the Roti Prata, you can order onions & eggs, or just eggs, or chocolate or other ingredients that a shop has.
Great episode! Beautiful camera work as well. Have you ever gotten sick from eating so many different types of foods? Have you ever tasted a food on air, but off camera spit it out or gag from eating it? 🤢😂
What I find the most interesting is how diverse the ingredients are and how they come together to make something I would consider "off the wall" and come out to be dishes that are extremely popular with the people of different regions but not so much "bizarre taste's". I try coming up with different concoctions a lot. Sadly they don't work most of the times but once in a blue moon I might get a good, but maybe not great results. My question to you Luke is, could you make a video of dishes that really shouldn't have tasted great but did? Not just okay, but really really great. I know it sounds bad but I really like Chili without beans with noodles and Tahiti sauce baked and on strong garlic toast. Go Figure!!!
i got lots of questions from friends and neighbours about borek and turkish baked pies and stuff actually they have jewish orgins ( eskenaz and ladino ) we grew up in western turkey when have conversations with old bakers most of them tell you that they learned those trades and baking skills from jewish masters ( boyoz makers ) they dont use knife to slice dough because kosher laws also no mixing meat with dairy for example they dont brush up meat pies with yogurt anyway so just a little information cool video buddy thanks
Ooow .. there's a kitty shot !!! Kitty shot in Turkey is a must !!! 😅😅 I'm curious about that tahini salad ... never see that sauce ....wondering bout it ... Looking good Luke !! Looking more like Keanu Reeves 😍😍 ... is that a Canadian thing ? 🤣🤣
These are the type of videos that I look forward to. Turkey is where the Middle East meets Europe yet it's food still resembles much of the food in the Middle East which is really one of my favorites.
I love the Vibe of Türkiye. I really miss my hometown.🇹🇷
