Today, I'm sharing how I make this tasty noodlefish fritter. This recipe takes me back to my childhood, when my parents used to catch similar small fish and shrimp from the river and create this dish. It was one of my favourites!

We have a lot in Grenada. Sometimes you see them in the water in a pile. I had it before Roma. It’s so delicious. I had it fresh. I didn’t know that there was a market for that fish. You seasoned this up nicely too. Looks so good. Thanks for sharing.

This one is from China and they sell a lot of it here in the Asian market.
