When using sylvanna watch out of chou and Guinever because with there CC specially there ulti it's impossible to escape or returning to base without low HP. So you better watch out of them specially when you're soloing.

I suggest u put some tank items on her if u want to use her as a fighter. In that way you can last longer in team clash. Id prefer using 2 mage items on her and the rest will be for durability so that u can maximize the hero more.
I use the arrival spell to speed her item and also because she is good in clearing lanes and defending them and while on the ultimate I use the first skill so my second wont be a waste when I trapped a cc enemy hero and the first skill has a dash to make you change your mind in attacking

i do usually use my 1st skill after the ult if the enemy has skills that can cancel my 2nd skill or 1st skill if the hero magically survived that 3rd skill and 2nd skill combo

Normal Person but doesn’t she do magic DMG? Wind talker is good though. Blade of Despair, Berserkers Fury, and Scarlet Phantom are physical damage items. They’re useless for her.
Another good combo is ult - hit the basic attack like there's no tomorrow - 1st when you feel like your ult will end or after you count 3 seconds - 2nd to finish your enemy

In my server, Silvanna is pretty rare to use. So it's easy to pick her lol.
The battle spell I recommend is Petrify.
It can 'freeze' the target allowing you to use your second skill without the target escaping. Just my opinion..
