I also noticed there was a change in the rivet stud right at the start of the international releases from the old stud to the newer style stud

…and when we were kids we swapped tires all the time. Could be a mix and match tire setup from the original kid owner.
This casting has been slow for me to find all the colors. I generally stop at 1995 with all the post blackwall wheels.
