"Focused on who I was, not what i'm becoming". How many of us seem to always have one foot in the past and so much is taken away from the present and the life we're living now. I think it is time I start to make small baby, tiny steps forward in life. My heart and soul are still hurting since january when I lost Love of my life, husband, partner, friend, a wonderful father. This song represents to me a push forward for me to start thinking about myself, to give me some TLC and stop caring what others will say. I will be a better me. Damn, this is a good song title.
