This might just be me being picky, but after thinking about the episode for a little while, I started wondering why Jack would have had his medal with him on the training mission. I'll let some things slide and not need an explanation, then other little things just bother me. I've heard it mentioned before, though I don't remember where, the idea that maybe the Fort Clay training mission wasn't the first time that Jack took Nathan' place. The timing is about right for the beginning of season one to be around the time that Allie's mom died, so maybe it could be that Nathan was originally supposed to be assigned to Coal Valley, but because of the death of his sister he took a leave of absence for a time and Jack was given the assignment instead. Of course, if this was brought up now, it raises the question of why Nathan hadn't mentioned it before. Maybe it was so long ago that he hasn't made the Coal Valley/ Hope Valley connection yet, or maybe he didn't even know the name of the town he was supposed to be assigned to and so doesn't know Jack replaced him and finds out some way. I just think it's an interesting idea. Another idea I've had is that I'd like to see a return of Jack's mural from season one, particularly that one certain spot of the mural. Before all the drama over the triangle, I thought it would have been funny to bring in Jack's mural and Nathan, not knowing who painted it, getting all flustered when he spots the little picture of the Mountie kissing the teacher, maybe even trying to cover that part of the mural if somebody, like Lucas, where to come in and startle him. The scene in my head is much funnier than what I can type here. My last thought isn't even about the episode, but about the beginning of this video. As someone from New York State, I always smile when I hear about Southern cold temperatures. One day last week it was twelve and felt like negative four, but today it has warmed to a balmy thirty-one.
I don’t think they have said, but I assume they have someone on the town council who is the “backup”. That’s how Abigail became Mayor in the early seasons.
These are both mentioned in different episode descriptions that have been released and/or interviews. Both seemed “official” and I have seen it mentioned multiple times.
Same-- I could have gone with E saying that E hopes to be more to Allie. Some day. I hope. I hope!
episode 3 and episode 2
Nathan é Elizabeth juntos fantástico
The train ride to Captial City was a 22-hour train ride! That is a weekend to get to and from. I was puzzled at that comment as well.
Ha! That is a very long trip to make each “weekend”…😅
That is what I was thinking. Forty four hours round trip is A LOT for a weekend home.
They should have never said it was 22 hours away a few years ago, makes everything not make sense

Who is the Deputy Mayor?

Where was it said about one of the Wyatt boys coming back and Elizabeth has an illness? This would be interesting.

Will Elizabeth be writing anything this Season?
Good question! Wouldn’t that be great! ❤
