Support rune: desperate punch.
Note: since this is a challenge run, I have not used the BFG/Unmaykr in any of the levels. In a normal playthrough you should use them every time on the second encounter because you get a free argent energy ammo in each of the levels.
I recommend using the saving throw rune for normal playthrough
