ASICS GEL-FLUX 7 Review

My latest set of running shoes / trainers. Tried and tested on a 45 mile run they have proved once again to be very comfortable.

Should i buy it it is worth i am ametour so what should i do?

Yes I can recommend these trainers to you. I wear orthotics and so I use a 1/2 size larger than my foot size . Hope this helps. John

How are they for lont distance weekly milage as well as long runs in general

They are are very good for both. I use the FLUX-7 for both long distance and short and in affect apart from trail runs I will use these now for perhaps700-100 miles before changing them and only when the souls wear out. Hope this helps. John
